#Trending on Social Media

Twitter is trending with the chaotic events surrounding the election, such as the post of Matthew Hurtt, where a video of a deranged progressive confronting a Republican poll worker in Arlington on Election Day 2023 has been seen by more than eleven million people.

An issue that I'm calling the Election Day Delay was brought up on Twitter, with voting insert informing people that they could vote at any location until 7 p.m. on Election Day.

Insert included in Ballot by Mail distributed to voters states:

“DROP IT OFF - Drop your ballot off at any voting location or ballot drop box no later than 7 p.m. on November 7.”

“VOTE IN PERSON - Visit any voting location no later than 7 p.m. on November 7 to cast a ballot in person.”

Unfortunately, a number of voting centers had closed earlier than expected, resulting in a few video clips of disenfranchised voters talking about their experiences with the early shutdowns of certain voting sites.

Several people arrived in time to vote, but the polling station had already closed, leaving them no time to drive to another voting location.

This left thousands of voters without an opportunity to cast their ballots.
